What is Ofsy?
Ofsy was developed over many years to assist a consulting practice with administration tasks that allowed management to focus on running a practice rather than running after people and paperwork. Consulting Practice
Ofsy is an affordable, easy-to-use online application for small to medium consulting firms that need to manage activities that impacts cash-flow and operational performance. Ofsy manages all aspects of a consulting practise. From customers, vendors, consultants, projects, resourcing, cashflow, equipment and planning. Built in analysis and reporting allows out of the box management of time, capacity, and performance.
Ofsy helps administrators to manage the consulting practice. Automated warnings and reminders help users to action tasks, and the system health analytics automate laborious tasks with bulk updates based on a rules engine.
Time management
Ofsy makes it easy to capture time and expenses against a project. It manages the contract terms and provides warning and exception reporting where time was over booked, or no time was booked for an expected assignment. Various time tracking reports are available for customers and project managers.
